Southern Pork Barbecue
The Southern specialty that even Northerners can't get enough of
Edwards Pork Barbecue has been a big favorite all over the United States for almost 30 years. But, I always warn newcomers...our Virginia-style barbecue is a "whole different animal" from what's served in Kansas City and Texas.
Unlike Western versions, our recipe is a savory combination of fresh shredded pork, country ham and seven secret spices. It's authentic Southeastern barbecue...yet even our cousins from up North admit they can't get enough of it. Light and tangy, with a little snap to it, our Pork Barbecue is perfect for sandwiches served with fresh-made cole slaw and iced tea. Ready to heat and serve. Available in three 12 oz. cups or one 5 lb. bucket. 2 1/4 lbs. serves approximately 16-18; 5 lbs. makes approximately 40 servings.

Thanksgiving Shipping Alert
For order delivery before Thanksgiving Day, most items require expedited
Air service. Delivery charges include standard shipping (from chart), plus $14 per item. Orders shipping to VA, NC, TN, MD, DE and PA require standard shipping charges only. If products are not needed by Thanksgiving Day, our next available shipping date is the week of December 1st with standard shipping charges applying. If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii add $25.00 per item plus standard shipping charges.
