Shipping & Delivery Information
Shipping charges are additional to merchandise prices, and are based on the total value of your order. We ship via UPS, which requires a street address for delivery. For this reason, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Perishable Item Shipping
Many of our most popular items are flash-frozen and perishable. These items are identified in our catalog with this symbol  . To get these perishable items to you promptly and safely, we must use UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air delivery at a higher cost than standard shipping.

If you wish to guarantee delivery by a specific date, we can ship your order via 2nd Day or Next Day Air delivery. Additional charge for guaranteed 2nd day Air Delivery is standard Shipping & Handling, plus $14 per item. For guaranteed Next day delivery, standard Shipping & Handling rates apply, plus $25 per item.

When completing your written order, please be sure to provide us with clear, legible and current names and shipping addresses. (United Parcel Service and FedEx will not deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.) While we are proud to guarantee our products, we cannot guarantee products lost or spoiled due to inaccurate or out-of-date shipping addresses provided to us. Virginia residents ordering items for shipment anywhere - and non-Virginia residents sending gifts to Virginia - must add Virginia sales tax in the amount of 2.5% of Total Merchandise Cost.
